Human Verification

Did you struggle with the maths when posting comments or logging in? Then the good news is that I’ve changed the captcha module so it now uses the Google reCaptcha service. Most people will simply need to click the “I’m not a robot” button and that will be it. Some may have to undertake a short test to prove their human credentials. There is no timeout, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve entered a long comment.

  1. Just to let you know, over the past year or more I’ve frequently had issues with the old captcha not loading properly or just not working when filling it in, preventing me from posting a comment altogether.
I would have emailed to advise of the issue but could find no email address on the site.

    • Hi Jon,

The lack of email is semi-deliberate to avoid people trying to ask private questions which others could benefit from the answers.
