All I know is what has been published on their site: https://www.c2c-online.co.uk/media-centre/latest-news/oyster-cards-and-products-will-soon-no-longer-be-available-from-c2c-ticket-offices/.
It may well be related to a change in their ticketing system. Chiltern stopped handling Oyster in their ticket offices a year or so back.
