    Hello

    I am planning to travel between Tolworth and Wembley Central via Clapham. Single fare finder saying £3 avoiding zone one and £5.20 going through zone one. I am planning on getting the Southern service which avoids zone 1. Should I tap the pink reader at Clapham just to confirm that I haven’t went through zone one?

    Hi Drew,

    Avoiding zone 1 is the default route so there’s no need to touch the pink reader. It won’t affect the fare if you do though.
