Hackney Central/Hackney Downs pink reader (a bit of confusion)

    There is a pink reader marked for Hackney Central. Despite this, there are also some at Hackney Downs at the other end of the interchange corridor. I often get confused on which pink reader to tap on. Looking at fare finders, it only says Hackney Central and not Hackney downs. Are both the pink readers connected to Hackney Central and do I have to tap both of them or just one on either side of the interchange corridor?

    Hackney Central and Hackney Downs are treated as one station for the purposes of PAYG charging. If interchanging between the two stations you only need to touch one pink reader.
