Just looking at realtraintimes there are loads of LNWR services from Euston to Watford Junction so easily as frequent as the Overground.
By the way, have you looked at Golden Tours? They do a coach from various pick up points to the Studios including entrance and return trip.
The only downside to that is the coach trip from London is surprisingly quite long but it is then an all in one ticket.
