One question for Mike. The fare from Shoreham to London is cheaper than the fare from Sevenoaks, which is further out. Shoreham to London via Sevenoaks (taking a fast train from there) is often a quick route. You can buy a paper ticket either ‘via Swanley’ or ‘any permitted’, the latter allowing travel via Sevenoaks. There is of course only one contactless fare. Is using contactless to travel to London via Sevenoaks allowable? Thanks
