I think it’s likely that the error crept in last March, unless you have any history to prove otherwise from beforehand. I have asked what happened, but my usual contact was away last week. Still waiting for a response. I also tried it out off-peak and the correct fare was charged, so it looks like just the peak fare was wrong. Hopefully it will have been fixed this morning, though do reply back here if it hasn’t been and I’ll chase it further.
