Reply To: Oyster charges calculated incorrectly

Have just encountered a similar issue when using contactless and starting/ending at Gatwick Airport. I was charged the zone 1-14 daily cap, when the 1-5 cap plus two extensions zones 6-14 were cheaper. TfL refused to refund. What are my options?
