Slightly off Topic I’ve been trying to add a replacement Oyster (having lost one) to the TFL Go App without success ‘Error something went wrong..Please try later’. Online account is fine but TFL Go App still shows lost Oyster card despite it has been deleted as expected from my Online account and be credited with a refund.

I’ve deleted the App and reinstalled multiple times but the problem persists and even done a clean install on my partner’s iPad all to no avail. I’ve been going round and round in circles with the Oyster enquiries team for about six weeks to try to resolve. Don’t know if Mike has any TFL contact I could pass the problem to for resolving.
