I am not a regular London traveller but coming to stay near Clapham Junction for a few days, so please excuse if this is obvious.
I was trying to find the optimum fare and route from Clapham Junction (NR) 2 to Custom House (EL) 3.
When I type this into the Fare Finder it says “no fares found” Why is this?
If I change the destination to Custom House (ExCel) (DLR) 3, it now gives a Zone 1-3 default route (£3.80/£3.10) but doesn’t show the route, can you illuminate, thanks

You’ve spotted an error in my stations data. They have changed the internal code for Custom House EL station. I’ve just fixed it. Thank you for pointing it out.
My recommendation for the journey is Overground from Clapham Junction to Whitechapel, touch the pink reader, then Elizabeth line to Custom House. Fares £2.30/£2.10.
