    I have set up my 60+ Oyster account to email my journey but have never received. I have checked the email address on my account and have received the yearly address check email. I have also checked my spam folder.

    I have raised this with TfL but they did not have a solution.

    Has anyone else had problems with receiving emailed journey history.

    I’ve never set this up before, but I’ve just done so now for weekly reports. We’ll see if it works.

    I have amended my account to deliver journey history monthly to see if that helps.
