    Has anyone else not received their Oyster journey history emails recently?

    I haven’t received an email in either April or May (for journeys in March and April).

    I’ve had to make do with manual exports, but curious as to whether this is a general issue or just one affecting me! I’ve been getting their other emails (top-ups, etc).

    I didn’t receive any April statement (for March), but I did receive my May statement (for April).

    Thanks for the report! Maybe fiddling with the setting in April (I turned the feature off and on) has caused the May one not to turn up. I’ll leave well alone and cross my fingers for June 🙂

    I haven’t used an Oyster card which generates statements for a while, but I’ve just tried to set my current card up and the stupid website kept chucking me off.

    Me neither. I’ve been doing manual CSV exports (which is at least possible; it can be set to export the full 8 week date range in one go).
