    Hi there

    I appreciate what you do here. I was hoping you could give me advice on when travelling beyond zones 1-2 whether I should use my Oyster with an Annual Travelcard Zones 1-2 and Gold Record Card loaded onto it.

    Most of the time I go beyond zones 1-2 it is into Zone 3 on the weekend

    Hi Matthew,

    Yes, definitely. You will be charged for a zone 3 single discounted by the gold card.
