It was indeed sorted out by the help desk. I touched in at Colonnade which has clear signs for Waterloo&City then found I couldn’t get there without exiting. In my head I had tapped in. Especially bearing in mind the timestamps the system should have sorted this out on the day or at worst overnight.
It makes me laugh that they couldn’t auto resolve this incomplete journey on Aug 5th, with a disabled railcard, surely this is not uncommon and easy to sort out:
0926 Waterloo Colonnade (LU)
0929 Waterloo LU/NR £2.05 charge
0935 No touch in to Bank, lets add on another £4.65I was in zombie mode so forgot to tap the entrance to the Waterloo&City line thinking I had tapped in already. I will get onto them today but being an infrequent London visitor it is more complicated.
My other comment is that at the Colonnade entrance Waterloo&City is shown on the entrance but following signs to it not trivial at all.
