    I’ve experienced an oddity recently. On my normal Grays to St. James’s Park commute I’ve been getting automated refunds for no apparent reason.

    15:43 – 16:45 St James’s Park to Grays £8.10 £31.90
    06:55 Automated Refund, Fenchurch Street [National Rail] +£4.30 £40.00
    06:55 Automated Refund, Fenchurch Street [National Rail] +£4.30 £35.70
    06:08 – 07:12 Grays to St James’s Park £8.10 £40.00

    I’m enjoying the half-price discount, but I’ve no idea why it’s happening – grateful for any advice! 🙂
