C2C have decided to remove Oyster facilities from Barking station ticket office from the end of March.
Customers will still be able to top-up at TVM’s in the station, otherwise will have to get a new Oyster card from an Oyster Ticket Stop or from TfL themselves.
Thanks for the info Do you know if c2c have advertised or consulted on this. It seems to simply be a case of them offering less and reducing transport integration. Do we know the stated reason for it or is it just cost cutting?
