I have an Oyster 60+ and I tried out the Elizabeth line yesterday, exiting and later entering at Paddington EL gateline. My journey history shows the times of the touches but does not show the station name. The same thing happened last September when I touched-out at Battersea PS in the first week that was open. Type of touch and time correct but no station name. I haven’t been back to the Battersea branch since so I don’t know what it would do now.

I’ve had a huge amount of trouble with my 60+ card journey history over the past year so it could be just my card but I was wondering if this had happened to anyone else?

    Hi Simon,

There is a possibility that there’s a separate database driving 60+ journey history. Have you tried calling the helpline?

Noticed the same with my 60+, actual Journey was Canary Wharf (EL) to TCR (EL), then TCR (EL) to LST (EL), not been to Rotherhithe for years !!

Yesterday evening using 60+ and checking the Photocard account
19:38 – 20:15 Tottenham Court Road to Rotherhithe
    20:15 Touch out, Rotherhithe
19:38 Touch in, Tottenham Court Road

    18:55 – 19:19 to Tottenham Court Road
19:19 Touch out, Tottenham Court Road
    18:55 Touch in,

Yesterday evening using 60+ and checking my standard oyster Account
19:38 – 20:15 Tottenham Court Road to Liverpool Street [London Underground]
20:15 Touch out, Liverpool Street [London Underground]
19:38 Touch in, Tottenham Court Road
18:55 – 19:19 Canary Wharf [Elizabeth line] to Tottenham Court Road

Interesting – I checked mine on my photocard account.

I phoned the helpdesk and they said it is “not recommended” to use the photocard portal to check the journey history (presumably because it doesn’t work properly for new stations!). After a bit of faffing about (because apparently I have two normal Oyster accounts when I thought I only had one), I have got my 60+ card linked to a “normal” account and the journey history is indeed shown correctly there.

I would say though that they either ought to sort out the issues with new stations on the photocard portal journey history or remove the ability to access the journey history from that portal. If it’s there it should work properly imo.
