Last weekend I attempted to travel from Warwick Avenue to Fulham Broadway via Paddington, however, I was hit by the District line closure. I ended up myself exiting the station and entering back the system at Lancaster Gate within 20 minutes in an attempt to reroute via Shepherd’s Bush, but there was no OSI.
I then checked the list. The OSI was only between Paddington (NR) and Lancaster Gate, but not between Paddington (LU) and Lancaster Gate. Is this an omission? Won’t customers be overcharged if their National Rail train uses the lower level Elizabeth line platform, which shares a gateline with the Underground?
