The peak fare from Putney to Gunnersbury is £3.00 no matter which route you take as I understand it?

The peak fare from East Putney to Gunnersbury is £2.00

However East Putney – Putney is an OSI, so if I touched in at East Putney, then immediately touched out and walked to Putney to take the train via Richmond, would I only be charged £2.00?

If I started the journey at Southfields, and used the OSI between East Putney and Putney, then I do believe I would only be charged £2.00?

    Hi Andyboy,

That’s a messy one. You are expected to take the District line via Earl’s Court from both East Putney and Southfields, thus the fare is LU only. From Putney you are charged the NR rate. I’m not sure what happens if you enter and exit a station in this instance. It should operate the same station exit rule and start a new journey at Putney.
