    Does anyone know what is the best way to politely ask / petition TfL to implement a new OSI?

    I regularly interchange Overground lines by walking from Whitechapel OG to Bethnal Green OG to get from South-East to North-East London as it is the most direct route. There is currently no OSI here (or even from Bethnal Green OG and UG even if they share the same name!).

    Whitechapel to Bethnal Green Overground is crying out to be an OSI. Initially I suggest writing to (emailing) the Oyster helpdek. If enough people do they may consider it. I have some other plans but these have been largely put on hold by the pandemic.
