    Morning,
Yesterday I travelled from Slade Green to Epping and this was the route I took.

Slade Green to Charing Cross National Rail (times on TfL Oyster 0535 – 0633)
    Walked to Embankment station
Embankment to Epping changing at Monument using the escalator link to Bank for the Central Line. (Times 0649 – 0756)

It’s charged me £9.60 in total as two separate in journeys (£4.30 for Slade Green to Charing Cross and £5.30 for Embankment to Epping)

I thought the OSI between Charing Cross NR and Embankment was 20 minutes!

Fortunately, I capped out for the daily cap anyway but I wanted to see if this was correct or not as the only abnormality (if you can call it that) was the first leg was off peak.

    Thank you 🙂

    Hi Chris,

I’m not aware of an issue. Can you copy full journey history and I’ll enquire.

Out of interest, did you need to go via Charing Cross? I’d have used DLR from Woolwich to Stratford personally.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for the journey history. I should have realised the issue sooner but it’s clear now. You took 141 minutes to get from Slade Green to Epping. The expected route is via Woolwich and Stratford using 7 zones (6-5-4-3-4-5-6). That gives a maximum journey time of 130 minutes. They broke the OSI to avoid charging two incomplete journeys.
