    Hi,

    This issue with the app isn’t new, but it also isn’t being acknowledged by TfL, and is quite annoying so I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing it.

    If a card is re-named in the app, or hidden in the app the card does not stay re-named or hidden within the app. The names revert back to their defaults and un-hide within the app within a short time, sometimes even hours.

    I understand these changes do not sync to the Oyster and Contactless website, which is fine.

    (P.S. For some reason TfL customer service are insisting (and insinuating this is the fix) if a card is renamed on the Oyster and Contactless site, the name will sync to the app which is also incorrect based on the documentation within the app)
