ParticipantThanks all – the through fare sounds interesting if possible
If she’s doing the Ealing-Chiswick park as a discrete tube journey can she get an Oyster card and use that with the 16-25 railcard or is there a peak time block in that too? Might save £1.20 a day

ParticipantShe gets the 8am train from windsor and around 8:15 from slough to Ealing Broadway. Return she’d be at Chiswick Park around 17:45 heading back
TfL single fare checker suggests the same dates as mentioned above – £7.10 and £3.70 but I guess from your comment the return would also be 7.10?

Participantshe’s definitely getting a return to ealing for £12 (reduced from £16,80) online. so overall I think she’s paying £15.60 daily
I don’t know how you do it – I tried various combinations but finally found it – trainline and GWR don’t show it and had to use the single fare finder.
Fantastic – thanks for your help. Probably get a weekly season ticket for windsor then contactless Y-P-Y which makes it easier on the admin too
