The trip was on Saturday – we were showing some visitors around London so wanted to use the river boat.
Turns out the day was £14.50 in all, using contactless. The river boat from Millbank to Greenwich was £8.70 of that!I was hoping there might have been a cheaper way to do this (there were 5 of us – one adult with a veterns card which covered all except the river boat), but seems there may not have been!
The flexi is showing on the season ticket calculator page but I suspect it’s not available for London-only travel.
However, rather than display that it just shows the full season prices which are expensive for less than 4 days per week

Yes, I found that. Looks like it only makes sense if travelling 4 or 5 times per week (peak PAYG return fare is £7.60 or £30.40 for 5 days).
The ‘flexi’ season is way more expensive. For example, 2 times per week for 4 weeks is £107.20 whereas the PAYG cost would be £60.80 – unless I’m missing something!
